  Selfoss

Hardly arrived to Reykjavik, we are ridden in the bus and direction Selfoss, small town of 3700 inhabitants crossed by the trunk road 1.

It is the largest city of the south of Iceland.

This city is a good starting point to visit Geysir and Gulfoss. It has moreover one supermarket, a swimming pool and a pleasant camp-site located at 500 m of the stop of bus.

Here a photo catch of our tent. One do not disturb at all the few ducks present which will bathe in the pond located at the center of the camp-site.
